Role:

Responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and inclusive education to Reception age students, fostering their social, emotional, and physical development. This role involves planning, teaching, assessing, and differentiating lessons in line with the school's curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners. The Reception teacher expected to promote a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school policies.


• Design differentiated instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities.


• Use effective teaching strategies to support student understanding and retention.


• Integrate technology and interactive resources to enhance learning experiences.


• Ensure a balanced curriculum that includes core subjects, as well as personal, social, and emotional learning.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or certification recognised in the country of employment.


• Experience: Previous experience in teaching primary school, ideally within EYFS


• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Early years Framework. Familiarity with child development principles and best teaching practices.
