Vocational Recruitment has been arranging Visas and supporting overseas nationals to relocate to the UK for study or work for over 25 years.
The overseas operation is led by our International Director, Ashok Naidu. Ashok leads a team of people with vast experience and expertise in obtaining Visas quickly and efficiently. An in-country team are there to find and support candidates through the process.
An extensive network across the world enables us to source the best possible candidates. All potential employees have UK equivalent qualifications and high levels of English. Most have been taught in English and most have native level language skills.
Vocational Recruitment can recruit in a range of sectors but has expertise in Education, Healthcare, IT and Hospitality. However, any job roles that are currently on the Government’s employment shortage list that are eligible for Skilled Worker Visas can be recruited for.
Vocational Recruitment offer a full support service. An overseas employee is not just landed in the UK and left to their own devices. A pastoral care team look after new arrivals and provide support and guidance on an on-going basis. Help with accommodation, registering for essential services and finding some community networks. This means your employee can focus on their job and any support needs can be provided by us and not you.
If you are not currently registered as an employer sponsor for recruiting overseas nationals on Visas we can help you secure that status. If you are a sponsor we can process the majority of the paperwork for you if required.
