A vibrant, three-form entry primary school in Newham is seeking a dedicated LSA to provide 1:1 support for a child with Down Syndrome in a Year 3 classroom. The Role:
Providing 1:1 support for a child with Down Syndrome in Year 3
Supporting the child’s learning, social, and emotional development
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
Encouraging independence, engagement, and confidence in the classroom
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
